CALTS, named as ‘China Apparel Industry Supply Chain and Logistics Technology Seminar’ has hold in Fashion Icon City Shanghai from July 18-19, brought by Logistics & Materials Handling Press and 56Products.com.

More than 400 attendants from China well-known apparel corporations joined this GALA discussing apparel supply chain transformation and responsive solutions in this new age. In interaction session, some famous apparel representatives were sharing their experience and success in supply chain improvement and optimization.

 
Jackie Zhuang, Marketing Director from Caretron delivered the speech regarding ‘RFID based Apparel Supply Chain Revolution’ in the session and through some famous RFID application case study introduced RFID’ role in apparel supply chain revolution. The application of RFID in apparel industry will be definitely a trend and plays an important role in China apparel supply chain reform. More and more firms realize supply chain reform is the only way to enhance corporate core competitive advantage to quickly response to highly intensive and changeable apparel market.

After seminar,Shanghai Superstar was awarded as ‘2013 China Apparel Logistics Outstanding RFID Integrated System Provider’. Mr. Qian Cuishi, General Manager from Shanghai Superstar came onto the stage to receive the prize which was regarded as the affirmation for many years of development and promotion on RFID technology in apparel industry.
